It should have been a straightforward answer on my part, but I was stumped. I married my wife the day after I turned 18, so I should have an interesting perspective on getting married young. My friend is a younger guy who’s in his late twenties.
When two persons are dating each other then there is no commitment involved at all.But as they spend more time together and get to know each other better then the level of seriousness and commitment starts increasing.A good friend of mine shot me a message the other day asking to talk. When we got on the phone, he asked me a question that left me puzzled.Although it seems that being in a relationship involves some feeling to be felt between two individuals but it is not a necessary criterion for a relationship, for example the relationship between a lawyer and his client. On the other hand dating can be defined as an emerging relationship between two individuals.
The sole purpose behind dating is to know whether a particular person would be a perfect partner or not.
When two persons are dating each other then they do not spend much time together because of the low level of seriousness but when they start liking each other then they wish to spend more time together, and then dating starts taking the shape of a relationship. Most of the relationship problems occur due to lack of the communication between them.
And if they are lucky enough then they get to spend their whole life together. A relationship is always mutual with the same level of commitment and seriousness from both the individuals.
You can move in with someone and share different aspects of your life to test out what marriage would be like with that person. There are different legal aspects of marriage (such as bank accounts, taxes, will’s, etc.) that you can’t experience while dating.
This can be good or bad—it depends on your specific situation.
When you’re married, you make a legal declaration in the eyes of the law that you’re combining your life with another person. Saying, “I Do” and signing those papers is serious business.
